I need a y adapter with a 2.5 single inlet going to a 2.0 dual with a center measurement of 3 inches on the two outlet pipes. Can you help?

We don't offer a Y-pipe with those dimensions.

The best option I could suggest would be part# SU4-4, which is 2.5" single/2.5" dual.
From there you could purchase 2x pipe adapter to bring the dual sides down to 2". Part# ROL200ID250OD

The center measurement on the dual side is 4".
