Our range includes everything you need for a water main installation, including couplings, valves, tees, reducers, valves and adaptors to join to other materials such as copper.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Courier networks are currently experiencing unprecedented demand levels, which could cause temporary delays on our advertised delivery time frames, as may adverse weather conditions during the winter months. Please do not book machinery or labour until your full order has been received and checked off. This has also caused issues for their customer care team, so please bear with us when chasing delivery updates.
All orders are being dispatched as normal. Orders received before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day (standard Cast Iron Gutter systems have a cut off of 11AM).
At the moment we cannot guarantee next day deliveries. Please do not book machinery or labour until your goods have been received.
Additionally, there have been some occasions where the courier services we use have split deliveries, resulting in a delay to some parts of an order by a couple of days. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, however, please be reassured we are working very closely with the couriers to reduce this as much as possible.
We are also working hard to ensure that we communicate about these issues as soon as we are aware of them. Please remember that if you do have any issues or questions about your delivery, we will always investigate and resolve the issue and get your products to your door as quickly as possible.
Next Day Delivery Service -NOT GUARANTEED AT THIS TIME - APOLOGIES FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE
Unless otherwise advertised all orders placed before 12.00 noon will be despatched that day and should be delivered the next working day (not currently guaranteed) (standard Cast Iron Gutter systems have a cut-off of 11AM).
Orders placed at the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Orders over a Bank Holiday Weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
If for any reason we are unable to deliver your order within the above timeframe we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery day.
Delivery to non-Industrial Scotland, Northern Ireland, and CH, LL and CA postcodes can sometimes take slightly longer although this is dependent upon the exact location.
Some special or non-stocked items on our website have extended lead-times which are displayed on the product pages in question.
Please note that we use overnight carriers to deliver your order so we are unable to arrange or confirm an exact time of delivery.
Products with Longer Lead Times
The following product ranges have extended lead times (all relates to working days):
- Standard Cast Iron Gutters – 3 - 5 days;
- Cast Iron Gutters made or painted to order – as advised by the manufacturer;
- Cast Iron Soil Systems - 3 to 5 days;
- Copper and Zinc Gutters - 10 to 20 days;
- Storm Polycarbonate Sheets and Bars, Internal Cladding, Hygiene Cladding, Decking - up to 7 days;
- Duradeck Decking - 3 to 5 days;
- Guardian Internal Cladding - 3 to 5 days;
- Mouldings - 3 to 5 days;
- Graf Sewage Treatment Plants and Water Butts - 5 to 7 days;
- Turtle Enviro Silt Traps, Accesso Inspection Chambers, Catchpit Chambers, Grease Traps, Pumping Stations - 5 to 7 days (excluding SS300110LID Silt Sentinel which is available on a next day delivery).
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. In the unlikely event of a late delivery we regret that we cannot compensate you for any consequential loss, so please do not organise any plant or labour before you have received your materials.
Our Delivery Area
Our standard delivery area encompasses all of mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, the Scottish Isles and the Scottish Highlands.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, Jersey and Guernsey we may have to take an additional charge. This can vary depending upon the weight and length of the products, so we will advise you of as soon as we receive your order. If you would like to know what the additional cost would be prior to placing your order please contact us to advise us of your postcode and the approximate order value/ products. Many of our customers in the Scottish Isles choose to have their order redirected to a local haulier such as Woody's Express or Hebrides Haulage in Inverness.
Please note: We are currently unable to deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey. We are working hard to rectify the situation, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Delivery Charges
Orders over £150 excluding VAT will be delivered free of charge. Orders under this amount will incur a charge of £12.50 + VAT.
Certain areas incur additional delivery charges as explained in the Delivery Area section above.
Certain items incur additional delivery charges regardless of the order value, due to the restrictions placed upon us by our carrier and the extreme weights/ lengths. We apologise for this but hope that you will understand that it enables us to keep the item costs as low as possible (many other companies inflate their rates to accommodate this additional charge).
- Bulky items (eg. coils of Land Drain, Ducting or Soakaway Crates) - a one-off charge of £20 + VAT;
- Items that come on a pallet - a one-off charge of £45 + VAT;
- All Copper and Zinc Gutter products, excluding lengths - a one-off charge of £15 + VAT;
- All lengths within the Copper and Zinc Gutter ranges - a one off charge of £70 + VAT delivery charge;
- All orders for Underground Drainage Pipe only (when not ordered in conjunction with fittings) - additional delivery charge detailed on the product page;
- All Cast Iron Gutter and Soil & Drainage systems - a one off charge of £38.50 + VAT for orders under £750 + VAT, free for orders over £750 + VAT.
- All Cast Iron 3mtr Soil Pipes - one off charges as detailed in the table below.
Restocking Charges
Please note that if returned with no fault of the product of the manufacturer, some of our metal gutter products incur a restocking charge due to their custom nature.
Copper & Zinc Gutters - 20% restocking fee of the original product price, as well as a £70 collection charge;
Cast Iron Gutters and Soil & Drainage systems have the restocking charges below:

- Premier Extra (Black) Standard Rainwater - 35%
- Premier Primed Sand Cast Rainwater - 25%
- Premier Extra (Black) Sand Cast Rainwater- 35%
- Premier LCC Soil - 25%
- Halifax Soil & Drain Systems Fittings Only - 25%
- Mech 416 Soil System Fittings Only - 35%
- Traditional Express Soil System - 35%
For further information and clarification of the legislation surrounding the return of goods, and associated costs, please refer to regulation 35 of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
A.M. and Saturday Deliveries - NOT AVAILABLE CURRENTLY
When placing your order you can choose to upgrade to a morning or Saturday delivery option, the cost of which is £24 + VAT. To do this just tick the option that you require on the Delivery Option section of the Basket review page.
Please note that the order cut-off time of 12.00 noon still applies - orders for A.M and Saturday deliveries must be placed by 12.00 noon the previous day.
Tracking your Order
As our goods vary greatly in size and weight, we use different carriers depending upon the goods that are ordered. You will be advised of exactly how your order will be delivered in the dispatch email that we send you. You will then be able to track your order as follows:
- Deliveries via Tuffnells
All long and bulky items (including any orders that contain lengths of gutter and pipe) tend to be delivered by our carrier partner Tuffnells (the big green delivery vans). Please note that Tuffnells are a trade carrier and unlike retail carriers who carry small parcels they will be unable to give you an exact time for your delivery.

We always recommend that you try be available to receive your goods so that you can check the delivery is complete and in good condition. If you are not available we will attempt to leave your goods in a safe location for you. However we would like to bring to your attention that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages for goods left without a signature.
- Deliveries via DPD
You will be advised by your dispatch email how your products will be delivered. Small items up to 1.25m tend to be delivered by our carrier partner DPD.
You will be contacted by DPD directly by SMS updating you to the status of your delivery. Please use this facility to track your order. DPD will not leave goods without a signature. If someone is not available to sign DPD will leave a card and return your parcel to your local Post Office Depot.
- Deliveries via our Own Transport
Where possible we will endeavour to deliver your goods on our own vehicles. If this is possible we will advise you of this on your dispatch email and you can contact us directly to track your order.
Checking and Signing for Orders
All orders should be signed for. If you are unable to sign for your delivery yourself you can arrange with us for a neighbour to take delivery of your order. Alternatively you can advise us of a safe place where your order can be left or we will attempt to find a safe place if none is specified, although we cannot take responsibility for any shortages or obvious damages.
Please ensure that you always check the number of packages that you are signing for. If for any reason there is an incorrect number of packages or any package appears damaged you should note this on the signature panel and advise us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate steps to quickly rectify the issue. Please note that once goods have been signed for as being received ‘complete and in good condition’, claims for damages or shortages are not covered by the carrier’s insurance company.
Signing for goods as ‘unchecked’ makes any subsequent claims inadmissible, so please check the number of packages carefully and look for any obvious signs of any damage, noting any issues on the signature panel. Although the delivery drivers are busy they are contractually obliged to wait whilst you check your delivery.
What if I Cannot Wait In all Day?
When placing your order and checking out, on ‘Notes’ section of the Basket review page you can request that your goods be left in a safe location – just tell us where to leave the order. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery we will then attempt to leave the goods in the safe location that you have specified or we will attempt to find a safe location. Please note however that we cannot take responsibility for any shortages or obvious damages if goods have not been signed for.
Please note that deliveries made by DPD (these are generally small orders with no pipe or bulky products) cannot be left in a safe location. You will be advised which carrier will be delivering your order by email at the point of dispatch.
Direct Deliveries
Some of our products will be delivered direct from our manufacturing partners. You will be advised of this in your dispatch email. Please note that delivery on direct items can have extended lead times and someone will need to be present to check and sign for the goods.
The following product ranges have extended lead times:
- Cast Iron Gutters standard – next working day delivery if order is placed by 11AM the previous working day;
- Cast Iron Gutters made or painted to order – as advised by the manufacturer;
- Cast Iron Soil Systems - 3 to 5 days;
- Copper and Zinc Gutters - 10 to 15 days;
- Storm Polycarbonate Sheets and Bars, Internal Cladding, Hygiene Cladding, Decking - up to 7 days;
- Duradeck Decking - 3 to 5 days;
- Guardian Internal Cladding - 3 to 5 days;
- Mouldings - 2 to 3 days;
- Graf Sewage Treatment Plants and Water Butts - 5 to 7 days;

Split Deliveries
If you have ordered a mixture of goods that come from us and direct from our manufacturing partners, you will be advised of this in your dispatch email. As the order is coming from two locations you will receive two different deliveries. Please note that delivery on direct items can have extended lead times and will need someone present to check and sign for the goods.
