which are the correct inserts for compression fittings and do Screwfix supply them?

For an internal run that’s exposed to bright sunlight, does the pipe need to be covered or protected from direct exposure?

extend existing 10mm pipework
I have radiators fed by 10mm flexible pipe coming out of the wall behind the radiator. Would this pipe be suitable to join to that pipe in order to move the radiator, asssuming I use the JG Speedfit coulers? Cheers

Mixing copper with speeding fittings
Rather than soldering copper pipe is it realistic to install some central heating copper pipework in the loft where we have had small problem with mice using speedfit couplers?

Is this cable ok to use on ground floor of an old house where we occasionally get mice? Are there any additional measures I should take to protect?

When used in locations vulnerable to rodent attack, all plastic
pipes and fittings should be adequately protected within sealed
ducts. Speedfit Products along with other materials such as
electrical cables may be damaged if rodents are present. If
vermin infestation is suspected then a rodent exterminator
should take appropriate action.
