Good fit, with one tap of a mallet and secure. Expensive for a bit of rubber though? A bit early to give a review for reliability, but is working as it should.

Is the flat surface on the top Of this rubber or solid plastic ?

Does this insert inside the soil pipe or wrap around the outside of soil pipe?

I've got a cap that covers outisde of soil pipe but I can't get it on because soil pipe is covered in sealant that I can't get off so was after something that would plug inside of the soil pipe perimeter.

it pushes inside the soil pipe, bit of lubricant such as washing up liquid around the black rubber should enable it to push in ok

I have a clay drainage sink trap which has a 100mm hole with missing blanking cap. Possibly alowing vermin in. Will this cap plug a 100mm clay hole?

yes, as the fins on the cap are rubber and flexible, will 100mm to 114mm
