Purchased some fittings. i never received them. contacted them by email where i was promised a refund never received it. contacted them by phone promised a refund never got it only when i contacted pay-pal they again told me that i would receive my refund and i still haven't received it.
Terrible company with a profile made up of fake good reviews. Bad service, managing directors rude, no items sent out and I was blamed for there courier “loosing the parcel” still have no items or refund

I requested a size change to 42mm shortly after placing the above order for 34mm tube/fittings.
I immediately paid the £12 extra as soon as I received the invoive which was sent via email (INVOICE SI-6519).
However, the 34mm tube & fittings arrived instead of the 42mm stuff I'd requested a change to and paid for.
As it happened, the 34mm stuff was more than substantial for what I needed it for, so there was no need to exchange for the 42mm tube/fittings.
After contacting them, James said that the £12.00 extra I sent would be refunded.
Over two weeks later and nothing and no reply to messages.
Terrible service and delivery. I paid for a 2-3 day courier delivery and the item finally arrived 8 days later. Customer service ignored 2 of my emails asking them to chase the delivery. Be-aware that expecting good customer service and quick delivery could indeed be a pipedream! I’ll never use this company again.
Very bad customer service. Ive ordered a clothes rail and it came covered in oil. Ive asked for a refund but got refused and sent a replacement instead. Ive complained and they accepted to give me the return address. According to the tracking number they have received my return a month ago however they claim they have no record of it. AVOID
First order never arrived by post but after a phone call a new order replacement arrived by courier. Fantastic service thanks.

Good price for 304 s/s cut piece of.1”n/b sch 10s. Delivery was slow but this was due to Royal Mail. Be aware of razor sharp edges on cuts as no deburring was evident.
This is the second time I have used pipe dreams and both times I have had to contact about not receiving the order both times the orders were sorted, customer service is great the prices are competitive if the orders arrived in the 2/3 days then would be 5 star this won't put me off using again and I would recommend as it's only minor issue
