I had been following this product when the owner was still manufacturing them in NY and was very pleased with the vision of the product and it's completely free maintenance engineering. With so little third party reviews and private homeownership of the product, I waited for several years to let the product get some more coverage. But then things got a little hazy when another more established company came out with a very similar product while Speedfit was still fumbling with it's ordering/marketing. There were some legal stuff that went on there which I won't get into, but that again made me postpone my purchase with things unsettled. Fast forward about a year ago when I finally see speedfit on Amazon.com. No reviews were present, but seeing it on Amazon finally gave me the courage to go pull the trigger and buy it. The real bonus was free shipping and a shipping time of a few days. This was wrought with frustration as the product did not arrive for a month despite what was listed on Amazon by the maker of the product. Now that I've had the product for a year, I will say it is truly my favorite treadmill to date. Simple to put together, and the best part of all: just get on and get off. No buttons to press. HIIT training is super easy because you just run fast or slow as naturally as you want. While I recommend the product, I would suggest you get in direct contact with Alex the owner of the company before you order to get a solid delivery date as that was really the worst part of the purchase.

Product worked great on previous generation treadmills. The gym I work at has purchased 2 of these treadmills one is 3 years old and works great. The second treadmill purchased less than a year ago lost a plank while a client was running. Luckily no one was hurt on the treadmill or by the plank that went flying. The service from the company to remedy the situation has been unreasonable and we have yet to get resolve after 2 weeks. We also noticed that the track on the treadmill is off alignment. After talking with the owner of the company/customer service (not responsive), the company has began outsourcing the building of the treadmill which has impacted quality of future treadmills.
It's now been over month and our defective treadmill is still non operational. Fortunatley we have a second machine in our gym. The company has not acknowledged that even with the new parts we replaced there is a defect. There is no number to contact them and the communication is very circular. Will update when we get a solution.
Recent update, we never got a response from the manufacturer, so we contacted Alex the owner and he walked us through adjustments to get the treadmill to stop making strange noises. The belt still snakes a few millimeters, but seems to work ok. Increased to 4 stars since it was difficult to get service and the unit went bad in under a year.
